Sarah Jacqueline is a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, avid runner and gym enthusiast. She became a certified personal trainer and health coach to fulfill her passion for improving not only her own health but the health and vitality of other women in the community. Sarah is also the founder and owner of her personal training and health coaching practice: Sarah Jacqueline Health.
Sarah received her comprehensive training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She offers individual and small group health, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to women of any age. Sarah also leads group coaching sessions and seminars for athletes, helping them to fuel their bodies for peak health and athletic performance.
Sarah received her Certified Personal Training from ISSA. She offers one on one personal training as well as online training.
